yearbook choice ...

This is an EXTREMELY important task. And, because it’s so important...there is a time deadline that needs to be considered. You were given a deadline date on the day you were photographed. If you miss this deadline, we will make the choice for you.

Because of the amount of work that needs to be completed on the image to make it acceptable for the Yearbook publishers, we need to get started just as soon as possible. Your prompt action will help us complete everything in time for the publishing deadlines.

Once your Yearbook image is submitted to us, any changes will result in a minimum charge of $35.00, due and payable before any change or modification will be made. This charge is in addition to the cost of the change or modification.

Again, due to the importance of this task, Yearbook choice MUST be made in person, at our studio. Signature is required to process Yearbook Choice. Remember, once the Yearbook is published there is very little we can do to correct a mistake. Therefore, our goal is to make NO mistakes. We double and triple check everything submitted to the Yearbook Staff. If or when a mistake happens, it’s usually because a change or choice was submitted at the “last minute”. Again, this is why we request you make your choice by the deadline date we give you.

Remember, we do not set the publishing deadlines. Your school’s Yearbook publisher does, and it’s out challenge to meet those deadlines. Your cooperation and consideration will help to insure that we meet the deadlines as required. The result...your portrait is in the yearbook for everyone to see and history to record.
