Now that you’ve made your appointment, here’s a few tips to get the most out of your session.

We strongly suggest a “portrait consultation” with one of our Image Consultants. During this 15 - 20 minute time we will take you on a tour of our studio, show you where to check in, what our dressing rooms are like, where you will be photographed, show you what we have to offer, answer any questions you might have, give you suggestions to get the most out of your session.

Portrait Consultations are FREE and scheduled during studio hours every hour and half-hour, beginning at 10:30 am. Our last consultation is at 5:30 pm each weekday and 3:30 pm on Saturdays. We invite you to drop in or call to let us know you will be attending.

The week before your session...
Attend a Portrait Consultation. Get your hair cut several days before your session so it will look it’s best. Don’t try a new hair style or color, because if you dislike it, even though the portraits are great, you won’t like them.

Choose the outfits for your session. Make sure they are clean and pressed, put them on hangers so that they will not be wrinkled. Don’t forget accessories and props to personalize your portraits.

The DAY of your session...
Show up relaxed and on time, arriving 10 - 15 minutes early is recommended. Then we’ll have plenty of time to get you checked in and ready for your session, wasting no camera time. Don’t forget to bring your favorite music CD - we’ll play it during your session - it enhances the over all experience and helps you to relax.

RUSH Services for Proofs OR Preview Books...
Images from your session will be posted on our website for viewing within 7 days from your session date. However, for those that can’t wait or want to move to the “head of the line” we offer our RUSH Service. If you want to take advantage of this service - you must pay in cash in full on the time of your session. So check out the prices listed and bring the right amount with you.
